Features
1. Effortless operation: the ball is supported by the upper and lower bearings, which reduces friction and eliminates the
excessive torque caused by the huge sealing load formed by the inlet pressure pushing the ball and the sealing seat.
2. Reliable sealing performance: PTFE separate performance material seal ring is embedded in the stainless steel valve seat, and a
spring is provided at the end of the metal valve seat to ensure sufficient pre-tightening force of the sealing ring. When the
sealing surface of the valve is worn during use, under the action of the spring The valve continues to guarantee good sealing
performance.
3. Fireproof structure: In order to prevent the PTFE sealing ring from being burned out due to sudden heat or fire, large leakage
occurs, and the fire is promoted, a fireproof sealing ring is set between the ball and the valve seat. When the sealing ring is
burned out, Under the action of the spring force, the valve seat sealing ring is quickly pushed to the sphere to form a metal-to-
metal seal, which has a certain degree of sealing effect. The fire resistance test meets the requirements of APl6FA and APl607
standards.
4. Automatic pressure relief function: When the pressure of the stagnant medium in the valve cavity rises abnormally and exceeds
the pre-tightening force of the spring, the valve seat retreats from the sphere to achieve the effect of automatic pressure
relief, and the valve seat automatically resets after the pressure relief.
5. Drainage pipeline: the upper and lower parts of the valve body are provided with drainage holes L, which can check whether the
valve seat leaks. During operation, when the valve is fully opened or fully closed, the pressure in the middle cavity can be
removed, and the packing can be replaced directly; the middle cavity can be discharged. Cavity retentate to reduce the
contamination of the valve by the medium.
