Feature
Blow Out Proof Stem Construction
The lower end of stem is terraced and installed from inside of the valve body. This construction insures a
blow out proof stem and metal to metal seal in case of fire.
Anti-static Design
During the trunnion mounted ball valve operation, the static electricity will generate by the friction between
ball and soft seal seat,to avoid electrostatic snark the anti-static device be designed in the valve the device
will conduct out the static electricity.
Middle Flange with No Leakage Design
Body and Cap connection are sealed by gaskets. To prevent leakage from fire, high temperature
or vibrations, metal to metal sealing between the body and cap is good effect.
Locking Device
The valve is equipped with locking holes for the lever in the full open and full closed position to
prevent accidental while opening and closing.
FireSafe Design Meet API607/API6FA Standard
In case of non-metal seat be melt or damaged under fire or in abnormal rising temperature, the specially
designed seat ring seal lip with the spring loading force will form a metal to metal contact with the ball instantly.
Double Block and Bleed(DBB)
It means the cavity pressure can be vented either in fully open or closed position.
